Withdrawal Policy:

• I understand that I must withdraw my child from Deborah Messinger School of Dance via THIS FORM ONLY and that: 
  1. Not attending classes does not imply notice of withdrawal.
  2. Communicating withdrawal in person will not be accepted.
  3. Communicating withdrawal over the phone, voicemail or text message will not be accepted. 
  4. Communicating withdrawal via social media channels will not be accepted. 
     
     
• I understand that if I want to stop the automatic tuition on the 1st of the month, I will withdraw at least 2 weeks in advance via this form.
